30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within this period for a full refund or exchange. Beyond the 30-day window, unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges.
Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and any related documentation. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at niragems@gmail.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
- Secure Packaging: Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all certificates and documentation. Ensure that the RA number is visible on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. If it meets our return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- For orders paid via credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement item details in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Custom Orders: Custom orders, including personalized and engraved items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
